Personally, I think the one child policy should be completely abandoned. It has created so many problems that the whole world is now undergoing its effects. I don't think that making changes to the policy will do any good because of all of the things that have already happened. They keep on trying to modify things to make the policy more acustom to the people, but they don't realize that they are making it even worse and not helping.
